Delegate Young moves to amend Com Sub for Com Sub for SB474 on page 5, Section 9b, lines 46 through 55, by striking out subsection (d), (e) and (f) in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(d)  A parent, custodian, or guardian who is impacted, or whose child is impacted, by a violation of this section may file a complaint pursuant to West Virginia Board of Education Policy 7211 (§126-188-1).”  and re-lettering the subsequent subsections accordingly.
